This cosy room is located in a secure and quiet complex, just a 5-minute walk from Island Gardens station.
You'll be sharing the home with professionals. Our nationalities - Chinese and Indian.
The room: Ground Floor. Full-length small double bed 200cm x 130cm. It’s a double room with plenty of storage space. Next to a shower/toilet, which is almost ensuite, very occasionally used by others.
Other space you can access: the kitchen (Ground Floor)
The room is fully furnished, I can provide beddings and towels. You are welcome to use all facilities in the kitchen, there are microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, rice cooker, bread machine, pressure cooker etc. No need to buy any utensils, pots or plates, cups. We have everything and happy to share.
The house is in a secure private complex, lots of green spaces and next to River Thames, great for walks.
The property offers excellent transport links to all parts of London, with only 15 minutes to Canary Wharf. House bills are included. Council Tax extra at £55 per month.
