Hi all! This is a flat in an outstanding new luxury development with a gym sauna steam, pool, cinema room, rooftop with incredible views of London city (Canary Wharf, the Shard).

The flat is a huge 2 bed 2 bathroom flat around 950 sqft. It has a mini winter garden - which is retractable so either you make the living room bigger or have a separate winter garden section.

I am a 27 year old male working in finance at Canary Wharf. I’m looking for a respectable roommate who’s sociable and keeps the flat relatively tidy. I will work from home 1-2 times a week. In my spare time I play tennis, badminton and occasionally go to the gym. I studied at Imperial for my undergrad and did my masters abroad in the U. S. at UC Berkeley.
