I am moving in with my partner and am looking for someone to take my space on my current lease. You'd be moving in with my friend Alice, a 26-yr old intelligence consultant.

I'm very sad to be leaving the flat as I have been here for 4.5 years. The flat has a stunning sun-trap balcony overlooking the Limehouse basin, it's a 25-second walk from the DLR station, and sits right above the canal paths. From Limehouse, it's approx 10 mins to Bank or Canary Wharf.

There’s so much around us, including PureGym, and both Mile End Park and Victoria Park. There are loads of lovely pubs near us and quick links further into East London!

The flat has lots of storage space and is super spacious. The room itself has two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and fits an exercise bike, a desk, and a double bed.

I will be organising a professional clean prior to your move in, so everything will be spick and span for you x
