I’m looking for someone who’s working, easygoing and respectful, and naturally keeps things clean and tidy.

I keep the flat to a high standard, so it’s important you’re the same. It’s a relaxed place, but definitely not a party flat.
I prefer to keep things to just one flatmate, so while the occasional partner visiting is absolutely fine, it wouldn’t suit someone having people over regularly.
