The common areas are professionally cleaned twice a week and the housemates clean up after themselves, so the place is nice and tidy. Housemates are very respectful.

The rent includes all bills, WiFi, cleaner and shared consumables such as toilet paper, bin bags, fairy liquid.

Located on a quiet residential road, 5 min walk from Dollis Hill underground station (zone 3, Jubilee Line). Very short walk from a high street with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, post office and all the conveniences for a comfortable stay.
