Spacious, furnished, deep-cleaned double room for rent in a bright house seven minutes away from Dollis Hill Station which serves the Jubilee 24 hour line.

We are three friendly, responsible, and studious Westminster Film/CMP students who are looking for a fourth flatmate to buddy up and sign the contract to a bright 4-bedroom house with us. It includes a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, and a backyard. It's an 8-minute walk to the Dollis Hill tube station and it's close to a Sainsbury's local and many other shops. The price is very affordable for London standards. We have not chosen which rooms we want each, so we are including pictures and videos of all the rooms available.

We are looking for another student or young professional close to our age range to join our house.

Available from 29th September onwards. It comes furnished. One of the 5 rooms, previously used as a bedroom, will be converted to a living room. We are two girls and one boy. Our names are Miquel (film student at Westminster, originally from Barcelona), Mireia (film student at Westminster, originally from Barcelona) and Anastacia (CMP student at Westminster, originally from Latvia).

Since we are three international students, we are required to pay six months of rent upfront as we can't prvide with UK guarantors.
