Double room available for rent in Drayton Park. The room includes a bathroom next to it which would be for your use only, including a bath/shower. The room is £900 per month and bills normally come to £100 per month if split by three people, and £150 per month if between two. The whole apartment is furnished. The building is relatively new, the flat is on the 3rd floor, with lift access. The flat has a balcony that looks out over the Emirates Stadium, where you could potentially store a bike if needed. The balcony catches the sun all day from about 11am, which has been awesome during the past couple of months :). Our landlord is lovely, she’s very responsive and approachable.

The area is really well connected by transport and there’s lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance - something to look forward to! We are less than 5 mins from Arsenal station (Piccadilly line) 5 minutes from Drayton Park (greater northern line) and about 10 mins walk from Highbury and Islington (over ground and Victoria line).
There is a tesco express about 3 mins from us and we are a short walk from Holloway Road.

I currently live with a couple who are moving out into their own flat. Couples are welcome, but the price per month would increase to £950 for a couple, and bills split three ways as opposed to two.
