Big double room in gorgeous flat on Drayton Park. First floor (no lift). Opposite the Emirates stadium and really close to Drayton Park station, 5 mins from Arsenal station and Holloway Road. Highbury Fields is just up the road. Tons of great cafes, pubs and restaurants in walking distance. With bills the monthly price is around £975. You could move in as early as the bit between Xmas-New Year’s Eve (flexible).

Combined kitchen/living room which has a table and sofa, great kitchen with loads of space to cook. It's really light and bright, very high ceilings. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The bedroom is big and has space for a desk or you can work from home in the living room (with me!). The bedroom has a comfy double bed and a wardrobe. There's technically no outdoor space, but there is a massive roof outside my window you can get onto - as yet we have not tapped into its full potential! Bathroom has bath and shower.

About me/you: I'm 26, single and work full time (from home atm) for a charity. I am very chill, friendly and sociable, always up for sharing dinner/drinks/a film, but also like to have my own time and space sometimes. The flat is fairly small so being tidy and clean is non-negotiable! I'm often out and about and happy doing my own thing, but I often have pals round as well and you'd always be welcome to join. Looking for a friendly person to share with - in a fairly small flat it's important we get on! - so would love to meet you for a drink and a chat (and a viewing).
