Quiet, spacious room in lovely garden flat

My current flatmate is moving out to buy a place (lucky eh) so I'm looking for someone to move in with my canine pal and I. His name is Ludo and he's a rescue dog, kind of like a skinny Labrador (and super friendly)...

It's a gorgeous flat - spacious with oak floors throughout, a private patio and huge garden. The flat's well laid out so we effectively have a side each of the living room and kitchen. The bedroom comes with it's own corridor and an ensuite shower. I have furnished the living area of the flat myself but welcome to a change if you fancy!

The area is the best - a peaceful road near West Dulwich station (12 mins to Victoria), the 3 bus down to Brixton, a walk from Herne Hill, Dulwich Village, Tulse Hill, Brockwell Park etc. All reasons I want to stay!

Ludo is more relaxed with females so hence why this is on the listing - I’m looking for someone who will be ok with him (goes without saying), and is respectful of the place. I really look after it and looking for someone else who would do the same.
