We have a good-sized double bedroom available to rent in a 4-bedroom Victorian house in the stunning area of West Dulwich. Available from the 27th of July, the room comes furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. We are open to conversations around the bed being left if needed. There is also a large living room, decent family sized bathroom and kitchen that is shared with an additional shower room and toilet upstairs.

The property is a short walk from local shops, cafés and bars in both Dulwich, West Norwood and Herne Hill. There are many lovely parks nearby such as Dulwich Park, Brockwell Park and Crystal Palace park.

The area has excellent transport links with a short walk to West Norwood station with trains to London Victoria via Clapham Junction and London Bridge, and West Dulwich station which has trains to London Victoria and Blackfriars. The property is also on the number 3 bus route which travels from Crystal Palace through to Brixton and finally up to Trafalgar square.

The house is currently occupied by a couple and another single male, who work in theatre and one in law. We are a friendly relaxed house that like to chat and hang out together. We are looking for someone who is neat, tidy and social to move in.
