Loads of buses & minimal walking time to them e. g: the bus to/from Brixton stops a 30 seconds walk from the house and 10 seconds walk from Brixton tube. The bus takes 15-20 mins to Brixton & arrives/goes every 12 minutes. Night service available too. Various other buses a few minutes walk from the house.

There is no traffic on the road the house is on (buses are on another road) so it’s a quiet house with clean air.

You can get to some places in zone one / Central London faster from this West Dulwich flat then you could if you started the (train / bus / bike / car) journey in zone one. However, compared to the room you'd get in zone one for the same rent, you'll get far more space here, a beautiful house, much cleaner air (healthier lungs/body), uninterrupted sleep (quiet location) and a 33 ft, private garden & balcony as well as all the local attractions!
