Hi! I am sad to be leaving this super spacious double room with friendly and tidy lady roommates who are both professionals. My partner recently arrived in London so we are looking to move somewhere closer to central. The room (21.3 sq. m!!!) has wooden floors, double bed, wardrobe, bookcase and table but can still fit in lots of other furniture or knickknacks. It also has sole access to the garden from the bedroom. The modern ground floor flat has central heating and a fully furnished spacious (21.91sq. m!!!) kitchen with almost brand new appliances. The bathroom which will only be shared with 1 female tenant as the other has an ensuite is fitted with large bathtub and fully tiled.
