We are professional couples (full time workers )with 2 kids ( we got very friendly lovely family indoor cat)who is looking for single, quiet and tidy trustfully female to share our friendly family house with nice garden a nice single room for rent (only single girl) at near beautifull dulwich park 5 min walk to sainsburys ,(10-15 mins by bus 12 which is operating 24 hours from home to peckham rye train and overground station ,and forrest hill station, where is main high street wiht ll shops amenities and banks, bus stop is just 3 min away from the house and it runs every 5 min to the central london, 24 hours transport and shops,) house has front and back garden big living room and kitchen with dining room shared with professioanl couples with 2 kids who is in full time school nursery .we would like to let our single room to the quiet ,clean respeonsible female ,whom we can trust to live and share our family house (plz do not email if u are like in parting and noise person)house has seperate toiletand bathroom, huge garden and nice size kitchen with own dining area,.£200 DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE AND one month rent in advance £420 monthly (inc bills).. if you are looking a quiet ,safe and peaceful house `(with respecfull family) plz contact .many thanks
