A lovely large four bedroom houseshare in Dulwich.

It is bigger than it looks and quite spacious. The neighbourhood is very safe and there are plenty of green spaces very close by. We are in walking distance to Brockwell Park, Dulwich Park and Bel Air Park to name a few in the area. The 2 bedrooms are doubles but both are generous enough to fit a king size bed. They are split over separate floors (two bedrooms on each floor) there are also 2 toilets in the house and a seperate bath and shower room - so lots of space! It is a homely vibe and isn't really a party house but we of course enjoy a shared dinner and a glass of wine now and then. There is a small front garden and a back garden.

The road has a neighbourhood watch and the the street has a fantastic community vibe. There is a bakery, Oddbins and Tesco very close as well and a nice pub called The Rosendale around the corner from us.
