Village life in the heart of london

Hello guys I'm looking for a decent person to replace me in a flat I share with my friend Monika. She is a lovely, easy going person with a good sense of humour. Lovely and bright double bedroom is 20sq metres with high ceilings and big bay window. Great space that I have my bed and sofa and loads of other bits in and still space to move around. There is good size communal kitchen with dining table and decent size bathroom with a little storage room. There is also basement to store some extra stuff. Flat is located in the heart of Dulwich Village which is very beautiful and peaceful area which gives you the feeling of being in the countryside. Still it is only 10min away from Brockwell Park and Herne Hill station. Bus stop is just few minutes away and bus num 3 can take you to Brixton in 10min. There is also North Dulwich train station 15 min walk that can take you to London Bridge. The area is very quiet, safe, green and serene.
Overall it is very nice and charming place in a good location that became my home for last 2.5yrs and I will be moving out with a heavy heart as that kind of properties are rare to find xx
