The room is very spacious and comes unfurnished but ideally I'd like to sell the furniture for a flat rate of £300 (Currently, the room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair.)
The flat is very well connected and has a bus stop a minute away from the property.
The rent is £700 per month excluding bills (approx £100). A deposit will be required and whilst there are no agency fees, you'll be asked to do a reference check.
The current flatmates are two lovely girls in their 20s who are super easy to get along with!
