Quiet DB-room & own bathroom for dog loving person

I am looking for a dog loving lodger who would be happy to look after my beautiful border collie occasionally when I I am away travelling in exchange for a cheap rent. I will reduce the rent from £950 for someone willing to look after my dog on a regular basis (when I am away on holidays and min 3 walks per week regularly). We can discuss the reduction depending on the case.
The room is beautiful and quiet in a private cul-de sac in Dulwich next to the Dulwich woods. It overlooks the garden and there is no noise as the house is away from the road which is very quiet anyway as it is a private road.
The room has a large recently refurbished own bathroom.
I am a Prof at the University and work long hours so the lodger should be relatively quiet.
A very quiet detached 4-BED HOUSE in a quiet private street next to the Dulwich Woods. The house is built in modern Scandinavian style with lots of light and large kitchen and living room.
Double room is large and has recently been refurbished as has the bathroom with modern walk-in power shower.

Rent Includes all utilities, central heating, WIFI broadband and Council Tax, and a once-weekly cleaner.

The house is very light with large windows from bottom to ceiling, and surrounded by trees and woods.
The house is on a hill many meters away form a quiet private road. There are no cars to be heard. Only birds.
The bedroom would suit a nature lover who is looking for a beautiful peaceful environment in the midst of nature and would be working during the week.

TRANSPORT & LOCAL AMENITIES
3 minutes walk to Sydenham Hill station (lovely tree-lined walk) From there it is 15 minutes by Rail to Victoria via Herne Hill & Brixton, or 20 minutes to Blackfriars. There is also a direct train from Gipsy Hill (10min) to London Bridge.
Quiet, green leafy, safe area, near cultural Dulwich Village (tranquil Dulwich Park, Dulwich Picture Gallery, Beauberry House, tennis court), and not far from thriving cafe culture/trendy shops of East Dulwich. The Dulwich and Sydenham woods are 3 minutes walking distance for running, cycling or walking. Two gyms around the corner (Dulwich College and large Crystal Palace gym complex with large swimming pool)

The kitchen is huge (double) with lots of light. Living room is also very large (basically 2 rooms) and very light, with separate TV corner and large widescreen TV. A piano is also available.

WHO WOULD THIS ROOM SUIT?
Would suit quiet preferred female professional who likes dogs, is active and would like to look after my dog on occasions when I am at work or when I am away oh holidays in return for a cheaper rent.

The room is a double room but for single occupancy.
I am very hardworking till late evenings and am looking for a very quiet person.
Free street parking. Easy access to the A205 South Circular. 30 mins to A23/M23 for South Coast & links to M25.
