Double room in Victorian house

I will be sad to leave the house which has been my home for nearly 2 years. and will miss the great girls I live with.

THE HOUSE
A large 6 bedroom Victorian house in the leafy suburb of West Dulwich/Herne Hill border, with extensive back garden with apple trees, shed and patio area.
Large and modern shared kitchen and living room with washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer x2.
x2 bathrooms one with shower, one with bath, and a basement for extra storage. There is also a small front garden and double driveway.

THE ROOM
A fully furnished double room with plenty of built in storage space. Large window that looks over the garden and apple tree.

TRANSPORT
The house is situated on the corner of Turney Rd/Croxted Rd and the bus stop is 2mins from the front door. The No. 3 bus between Oxford Circus-Crystal Palace runs 24hrs and goes through Herne Hill, Brixton etc.
The nearest overground stations are Herne Hill and West Dulwich(less than 10min walk) with trains running to Victoria station via Brixton; or to Luton or Bedford via Elephant&Castle/Blackfiars/Far ringdon/ St Pancras etc.
North Dulwich overground station runs into London Bridge (approx 15min walk).
The nearest tube is Brixton on the Victoria line (10min bus journey or 2min overground).

THE AREA
The surrounding area is a much sought after place to live, Dulwich Village is at the other end of Turney Rd with parks, cafes and the picture gallery. East Dulwich is full of cool shops and bars/restaurants. Herne Hill has Brockwell Park which is great for running, swimming in the outdoor lido or hanging out on a sunny day. It also has several great pubs/eateries and a market every sunday.

THE HOUSEMATES
Currently 5 girls, of mixed profession, ranging in age through 20s/30s. All very laid back and easy going and very friendly. The house enjoys dinners, bbqs and chilling in the lounge together but everyone is very independent and respects each other's space. We also have a cat and a small dog who are very friendly and welcoming!

The room will be available around the 24th July.
