We have a lovely cosy furnished double room to rent near to West Dulwich station and we are looking for a new housemate.

We are located less than a 10 min walk from West Dulwich Station (under 15mins to Victoria Station, 5 minutes to Brixton and 20 minutes to Blackfriars). Also under a 15 min walk to West Norwood and Tulse Hill stations (with connections to Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, Balham and London Bridge).

We are around the corner from a Tescos, essential shops, pharmacy, delicatessens, gift shops, salons and restaurants. Also, a stumble home from the amazing Rosendale Pub. If you like the outdoors we are a 10 min jog from Dulwich Park, which has free tennis courts/outdoor gym and table tennis facilities. The sought after Dulwich Village and Dulwich Picture Gallery are also within the vicinity.

The two storey house has 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, a massive kitchen, a bright large living room/lounge (with the best couch ever!) and a huge garden with shed – perfect for chilling and BBQs in the summer months. The house also has all the mod cons – washing machine, HD TV, Sky box, Wifi, central heating, microwave and coffee machine. Free parking outside if you're a driver.

You’ll be sharing with 2 professional girls between 29 – 33. The room is a small sized double room with a large double window overlooking the back yard (perfect for an undisturbed night’s sleep). It comes with curtains, a full length mirror, a built in wardrobe and a lot of shelf space. It also has a high off the floor double bed which again is good for storage underneath.

Rent is £600pcm and that include all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. And £300 is needed as a deposit.

Short lets (weekly) could be considered, for the right person, although the requirements above would be modified accordingly.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate. We are pretty sociable and chilled out people but also like our own space – so someone with a similar mindset would be perfect. We have quite hectic schedules at times so someone that is respectful is an upmost priority. However, we are really good friends and like spending time together in and outside the house.

The room is available from the end of the month but flexible with dates for the right person. We are planning to have viewings during the next few days/weeks so get in touch!
