I am a tenant of a 2 bedroom flat, and the second bedroom is available to rent from the end of September. It's located in West Dulwich in a quiet area, and we have a balcony that overlooks a courtyard (handy for hanging up washing). It was refurbished in 2015 and has wooden flooring in the living room, hallway, kitchen and bathroom.

In terms of train stations, it's a 10 minute walk from West Dulwich and West Norwood, and 15 minute walk to Tulse Hill. There is street parking outside and on surrounding roads. A bus stop nearby allows you to get the number 3 bus, which takes you to Brixton, Kennington and all the way to Picadilly Circus.

The flat is furnished, and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The rent is £700 (£800 for couples). There's a TV in the living room and 2 sofas, which can fold out as sofa beds for any guests.

Belair Park, Brockwell Park and Dulwich Park are all within a mile of the flat.

Ideally looking for someone to stay for at least 6 months, a non-smoker and not too noisy.
