There is a shared kitchen and living room (recently refurbished), a balcony overlooking the green space of Dulwich Common, a sizeable bathroom and laundry facilities. All rooms are furnished and personalisation of the spare room is very welcome.
Situated on the edge of Lordship Lane Estate, there is a warming sense of community and a shared outdoor gym and recreation area. The property is 1st floor with friendly neighbours.
Easy access to East Dulwich and Forest Hill stations via 185 and 176 buses, Honour Oak Park and Brixton via P4 and a pretty walk to North Dulwich station. Transport to and from the city is available 24 hours.
2 minutes walk from Dulwich Park and local shops of Lordship Lane. Many cafes and pubs in East Dulwich to explore.
