Hello! We are looking for a professional female to move in. I will be traveling in April for 6-7 months and would like someone to take over my room while I am away, with potential of taking over the tenancy at the end, this can be discussed.

Bills are not included, they are roughly about £80-£120 a month.

Fully furnished with en-suite toilet/shower

We would love to welcome someone in this very homely and private space!
We try to not have guests very often as it is usually a very peacful and quiet house for professionals.
We have a monthly cleaning schedule in the house in which we all take part. :)
