Room available in friendly house from May 1st

We’re looking for a fifth person to join our friendly home! We’re all social and love spending time together in the living room, playing a board game or a leg of darts, and of course going to the pub (of which there are plenty on our doorstep).

Our ideal housemate:
We need someone who is friendly, clean, respectful, organised, & considerate. Working professionals only, people from all backgrounds are welcome - it's a very friendly house!

We need someone able to move in on or around May 1st!

You will be required to provide 3 months of bank statements, just to confirm that you have the required finances to cover all the necessities.

The room:
A small downstairs double room, with furniture included. Access to a shared bathroom upstairs and a shared toilet downstairs.

The house:
5 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms (one is an en suite - not in the available room), a big kitchen and large living room, and a small north facing garden. Bills are split evenly, and due to variable rates, can be between £120-160p/m (cheaper in the summer typically).

We have a darts board and often hang around in the living room together. In summer our (little) back garden is perfect for a barbecue or sitting in the shade and reading a book.

Transport & location:
Located between two well serviced tube stations, we are a 5 minute walk from South Ealing station (Piccadilly) & 15 min walk from Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth, District, & Central). Also plenty of bus services available close by. It's a lovely, safe, easily walkable area. For those who love the outdoors, there are 2 parks less than 5 minutes walk away (Lammas & Walpole) & Gunnersbury park is a 10 min walk away. We have a cafe and an off-licence just around the corner and the nearest grocery shop is a 5 min walk.
