We’re looking for a new housemate as sadly our flatmate has got a new job so is moving away

It's a big double room with a south-facing private balcony, comes with double bed, mattress and big mirrored wardrobe

Such a gorgeous and homey space - we’ve got an open plan kitchen/living room which opens out onto a small balcony which leads down into the garden/patio and gets the sun all day ☀️

Kitchen has a brand new fridge freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, loads of cupboard space and all the usual appliances (minus a toaster so bonus points if you come with a toaster!)

We’ve got a really lovely dynamic as a flat which involves going out together for food/drinks as well as staying in and chilling on the sofa but we also have our own friendship groups and activities outside the flat too ☺️

We’re hoping to live with someone who’s keen to do things together but also has their own stuff going on - not a party flat but we do have friends over for dinner/drinks from time to time 🍻

We're quite house proud (because we love this flat) and keep things clean and tidy so looking for someone similar

Really well connected - walking distance to Lizzie line, Piccadilly, Central and District lines and loads of buses

Bills are between £130-£150 per person each month - this sum includes Council Tax (Band E), electric/gas, water and wifi

There will also be a one of £50 charge to change the name on the contract which will be paid by the incoming tenant

We deal directly with the landlady who lives just round the corner and is a gem among London landlords - gets everything sorted really quickly and takes really good care of the property
