we’re looking for someone great to join our friendly 5-bed house share in W5.

🏡 The House

5 bedrooms in total – you’d be living with a great bunch of professionals (NHS, Ferrero and Film).

Rent: £580 per month

Deposit: £500 (assignment of tenancy – you take over my agreement, which runs until April 2027).

Bills: Around £145/month, covering council tax, gas, electric, water, WiFi, TV licence, and a fortnightly cleaner.

Property is managed by Japan Services, who are genuinely fantastic – very hands-off and let us make the house our home.

We’re a fun, clean and respectful household. It’s the kind of place where you can relax alone or hang out together. Ideal housemate would be:

A hybrid worker or full time in office

Into films, theatre, beer gardens, gym/ pilates, games

Bonus points if you knit, bake, or enjoy a glass of prosecco.

📅 Availability & Viewings

Ideally move-in 6th April.

Viewings: Weeknights after 6pm, flexible on weekends.
