Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share my first-floor flat in West Ealing.

You’d be sharing with just me – I’m a female teacher in my mid-40s. I’m often away during school holidays, so the flat can be very quiet and you’ll have plenty of space to yourself at times. This would really suit someone who prefers a calm home and living with just one other person. I am also out at work every weekday so it wouldn’t be a problem if you wanted to work from home - you would have the place to yourself in the day.

The flat:
• Less than a 10-minute walk to West Ealing station (Elizabeth Line)
• Around a 15-minute walk to Ealing Broadway (station & shops)
• Spacious living room
• Sky broadband & TV included
• Access to Netflix, Disney+ and more

The room:
• Double bedroom
• Large wardrobe
• Double bed, desk, and drawers (can be removed if you prefer your own furniture)

Rent: £1090 per month (includes all bills)

Viewings: Available over Easter and throughout next week
