We have a fully furnished four-bedroom house in a quiet residential area and are looking for one friendly young professional to join our mixed household. The household currently consists of one woman and two men.

The property is well connected, with Ealing Broadway around 15–20 minutes away. Hanger Lane (Central Line) is approximately 600m away, around an 8-minute walk, and Park Royal (Piccadilly Line) is also close by.

The house has a furnished living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and garden space. There is non-permit on-street parking available outside.

Rent is £550 per month, with bills coming to approximately £90 each. The property falls under Council Tax Band F, which is shared between tenants. The room is currently available.

We’re a mixed household of young professionals who are tidy, considerate, and sociable. We enjoy board games and card games, and there’s also a sporty side to the house. We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a comfortable home.
