2 rooms available in a shared flat in Ealing available from the end of April! (our contract will be renewing at this time).

Room 1: Very spacious double room with an en-suite toilet and sink, plus a private balcony. £800 p/m (not including bills).

Room 2: £515 p/m (not including bills). A smaller room but very well lit, with a separate closet area for wardrobe/storage. The room can come furnished if needed.

Bills roughly come up to £100.

Total rent for the flat is £2,500.

• Ealing Broadway Station (Central, Elizabeth, District & Circle lines) 10 min bus ride

• Northfields & Ealing Common (Piccadilly, District & Circle lines) 10–15 min bus ride

Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tescos all within walking distance (5-10 minute walks depending on which supermarket. Lidl’s is the closest and is literally round the corner)

We share a large kitchen space and the main bathroom (shower)

I’m looking for 2 people (preferably queer friendly/bpoc) who ideally would be up for creating a homey, community feel! Cooking together or hanging out from time to time while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space. Cleanliness is a must! 🫶🏽 Would love to find the right people who are in their mid to late 20s, reliable with rent and bills with a stable income, and who will take good care of the house.
