Single Flatmate Wanted in House of Friends

We are a house of four looking to replace a flatmate that has recently moved out living in a nice residential area with access to the Piccadilly, Elizabeth, and Central line.

The four of us are creative professionals in/out of the house at different times of the week. We have a few shared spaces in the house including the kitchen, living room, and garden and we like to use these spaces often. We’re looking for someone that doesn’t mind a bit of noise now and then, but that also has a good head on their shoulders.

The room up for rent is the attic room, it is fairly spacious, and easily fits a double bed. There is also two small access doors into a shared storage space in the room.
