Lovely 3 Bed Flat in Ealing

Hello! My flatmate Amanda is moving out of our shared flat in Ealing Broadway by the 19th of May, which leaves her room available to rent from then.

The rent is up for renewal and subject to CPI increase which is TBC. Deposit is needed.

This bedroom is the smallest in the flat and has a shared bathroom next door, which you will share with Ricky. It has a double bed with underneath storage, a white wardrobe and a chest of drawers included. But also room for more storage if you need. It also has a new radiator installed for cold winters and two gorgeous windows which overlook the city scape.

The room is in perfect condition for whoever takes it over and will also have a thorough deep clean.

The flat is on the top floor with a long, spacious balcony that wraps around 180 degrees, featuring two cozy "bubbles" (covered spots for extra comfort). The view is incredible — and in summer, you’ll get the most beautiful sunsets. Trust me, you’ll want to sit out there and bask in it for hours.

Inside, the living room is spacious and open to the kitchen, creating a lovely, sociable layout. There’s also a beautiful gym just underneath the building, where you can sign up for a sauna and other wellness perks 😉

You will be sharing this flat with myself and Ricky. I’m a project manager for a pharmaceutical company and Ricky works in finance. We’re both chatty, clean, respectful and social — and we're looking for someone with a similar warm, easy-going vibe to join the flat. We work from home sometimes.

Bonus: We have a lovely cleaner (Agnes) who comes every two weeks to take care of the shared spaces. Including all bathrooms.

The flat is right by Ealing Broadway station, with loads of shops and grocery stores nearby on the main high street — super convenient for day-to-day life.
