Double room available in great top floor flat

Hi there,

A good-sized double room will be available from the end of March, 5 minutes' walk from North Ealing station (Piccadilly Line) and 10 minutes from Ealing Broadway station (District, Central and quick trains to Paddington).

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, large set of shelves, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. The desk isn't included but there is space if you're currently working from home. It's the cosiest room in the house and gets lots of natural sunlight!

We have a large living room, which makes up for the smaller kitchen and lots of extra storage available in the living room or in the hallway cupboards. There is one bathroom, which includes a shower/bath.

Bills come to roughly £100 per month and are split between us, so you would be paying the energy and internet bills. We put it all in to an app which works out what we owe at the end of each month.

There's a shared garden and a parking space that comes with the flat. It's a safe area, close to the shops like Tesco and Morrison's and parks like Hanger Hill and Walpole.
