Due to the new job, I am looking for someone to take over my bright double room in 3 bedroom flat in Ealing/Brentford area.
The flat has a nice living room with a comfy couch and TV (ideal for lazy Sundays). We also have a washer/dryer in the kitchen.
Current housemates are two friedly guys who are both really easy going, tidy. They respect personal space but are keen for a drink or a film night every now and then. So they are looking for a likeminded person who would treat the flat like home keeping the social atmosphere and reasonable standard of cleanliness.
The location is very convenient, within 12 min walk to Northfields Tube Station (Piccadilly Line), 10 min walk to Brentford Mainline Station (direct links into Waterloo), and a few nearby bus stops with buses going to Ealing Broadway, Chiswick, and Hammersmith.
The room is already available so we are looking for someone to move in sooner rather than later.
Couples are considered but the rent would be £730.
We are renting the flat through an agency, so there are some one-off referencing and agency fees.
