I am looking for a new tenant for my single en suite room in Ealing. I would like to move out earlier and go back to Germany due to private circumstances.

• The property is only 0.7 miles from South Ealing Tube Station (roughly 12 minutes walk - Piccadilly Line)
•It's a fantastic location for transport links and has plenty of shops and amenities nearby

•Wifi
•Property Cleaner
•1 shared bathroom
•Separate Toilette
•Completely furnished

New Tenants must provide the following documents:
- A completed and signed application form
- A clear scanned copy of their passport ( also a physically verification of the passport before they move in)
- A copy of their latest payslip (if applicable)
- Their latest three months bank statements

They will also need to be aware that a fee of £100.00 is payable for administration/referencing/cre dit checks (per person).

Move in date in flexible but not before the 15th August.
