Our flatmate is going to move out.

We are waiting for a new flatmate to fill our lovely and cosy all inclusive single room from 14 May (negotiable) in a clean, friendly shared flat, located in between Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common.

The single room is available to rent from May, contract length at least 6 months.

It is fully furnished, with a single bed , a 2-door wardrobe, bedside tables and chair. There is one shared bathroom, and a garden facing kitchen, living room and garden.

Rent:
Single room: £740/month including bills
(Council tax, electricity and gas, water)

*The rooms are single occupancy only.

There are 10 minutes walking to Ealing Broadway shopping centre as well as Ealing Common, easy to access to many amenities, including shops, restaurants and pubs/bars. There is a big park – Ealing Common located a minute away. Piccadilly, District, Elizabeth, Central line are all within 10 minutes of the flat.

We all are professionals.
