Hello! My name is Dylan, and I’ll be on leave in Spain until further notice
I will leave my room in perfect condition for whoever takes it over. You’re welcome to move in from July 1st onwards.

The flat is on the top floor with a long, spacious balcony that wraps around 180 degrees, featuring two cozy "bubbles" (covered spots for extra comfort). The view is incredible — and in summer, you’ll get the most gorgeous sunsets. Trust me, you’ll want to sit out there and bask in it for hours.

Inside, the living room is spacious and open to the kitchen, creating a lovely, sociable layout. We lovingly call our flat "the spaceship." There’s also a beautiful gym just underneath the building, where you can sign up for a sauna and other wellness perks 😉

For now, it's just Ricky and me living here. Ricky works in finance and I’m finishing my third year of architecture. We’re both super chill, clean, respectful, and social — and we're looking for someone with a similar warm, easy-going vibe to join the flat while I'm away.

Bonus: We have a lovely cleaner who comes every two weeks to take care of the shared spaces.

The flat is right by Ealing Broadway, with loads of shops and grocery stores nearby — super convenient for day-to-day life.
