Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m moving out of London.

The flat is in a great location, just a 5–8 minute walk from both Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common stations, with excellent transport links, shops, and restaurants nearby.

You’ll be sharing with Ian, a friendly and easy-going 35-year-old chef.

The room:

Large and bright

Furnished (bed frame, storage, etc.)

I will be taking the mattress, but I’m happy to sell it to the incoming tenant if interested

Costs:

Rent: £1,150 per month

Bills + council tax: typically £150–£200 per month
