Looking for a flatmate in Ealing

Looking for someone to join a flatshare in a two-bedroom flat in Ealing Broadway, located on the second floor of a building.

The rent is £1,125 per month, bills not included.

The room, available from early March, is the larger one and has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. It will be fully furnished with a brand-new bed.

The two shared spaces are a spacious living room and a kitchen.

The kitchen is pretty much available to be taken over — I only use a small portion for storage, so the rest can be yours.

The flat is next to Ealing Broadway Station (Elizabeth, Central, and District lines), with just 20 minutes to Central London and Heathrow Airport.

Not confirmed yet, but there might be a parking space available in front of the building.

There is a PS5 and a 4K TV with 5.1 surround sound in the living room that I am happy to share.

I am 31 (male), originally from Switzerland, and working full-time in TV. I speak English, French, and catastrophic German.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is friendly, easygoing, and respectful of shared space. I enjoy having a good, comfortable vibe at home — happy to chat, catch up now and then, or share the occasional meal, drink, or film — but I also really value having our own lives and giving each other space.

Friends or partners are welcome to visit from time to time, as long as it stays reasonable and the flat continues to feel relaxed and comfortable for both of us. Home is very much my chill space, so I’d love to live with someone who appreciates a calm, drama-free environment too.

Also, just to be upfront: I can be a bit on the messy side sometimes — nothing major, just normal lived-in vibes — so you probably shouldn’t be a total neat freak 🙂
