This double room is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers.

Rent: £570 per month

Deposit: £500 (assignment of tenancy – you take over my agreement, which runs until April 2027).

Bills: Around £145/month, covering council tax, gas, electric, water, WiFi, TV licence, and a fortnightly cleaner.

Property is managed by Japan Services, who are genuinely fantastic – very hands-off and let us make the house our home.
