Friendly 3-bed Ealing Home

We are looking for a new female flatmate to join our lovely three-bedroom house in Ealing! The available room comes fully furnished (double bed, large freestanding wardrobe, and mirror) with a separate living room, kitchen, dining, and 1.5 bathrooms. There is also access to a secure communal courtyard - perfect for bike storage.

You’ll be living with two friendly, respectful females in our early 30s (both Kiwis), one teacher and one museum curator who enjoy park walks, crafty activities and a cheeky pint.

We are looking for a professional female aged 28-35 who is easygoing, clean and respectful. Someone who likes to socialise over a shared meal, afternoon beverage or occasional outing, but also values their own space.

The location is super convenient, only a 5 minute walk to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth, District and Central lines), and a 10 minute walk to Ealing Common (Piccadilly line). We are super central to Ealing Broadway with Morrisons, M&S, Tesco and loads of cafes and pubs.

Rent is £656 per month, council tax is approx. £87 each per month, and bills approx. £100 each per month (internet, water, electricity and gas).
