Located on the first floor overlooking the pretty rear garden, this
room is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and wardrobe, has a large radiator to keep the room warm and toasty. There is still space for you to bring in some of your own furniture if you wish. Best of all you have your own lovely en-suite with a roomy shower with fantastic pressure, sink and toilet (bye bye morning bathroom queues).

House:

The house is a lovely fully detached house (which is gated), set over 3 floors. The house benefits from beautiful period features such as big bay sash windows, which is balanced with also having a gorgeous modern interior with marble tiled bathrooms and granite work surfaces in the kitchen. The kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you need such as cutlery including a dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The lounge has an awesome flat screen TV and cool corner sofa. It is a big household but once you've seen how big the house is you'll understand why.

We have supplied 350Mbps business broadband from VirginMedia and made sure that there is superior wifi signal throughout the house by installing a second router in the 1st floor hall way so everyone can enjoy Netflix, YouTube or working at the same time which is crucial if people are working from home. We can also supply wired broadband to your room if required (there will be a labour charge for this).

The Area:

Ealing Common is a lovely area, it’s nice and quiet with lots of parks nearby which is great for summer walks and getting some fresh air. You have Ealing Common high street really close with it’s cute coffee shops and nice bespoke shops also have the benefit of living still within walking distance to Ealing Broadway which has more mainstream shops and restaurants.
