Lovely sunny double bedroom on the second floor, with cupboards, desk, drawers, also extra storage outside the room for suitcases and shoes etc. , also with balcony, facing the garden in a beautiful house. The kitchenette includes a washing machine and 2 fridges and freezer. There is also a bathroom. Both kitchenette and bathroom are shared with just one other person. a Japanese girl who is very nice and quiet and a bit shy, and has lived here for the last 7 years . The house is situated in a leafy road with bus and tube within 5-10 minute walk. The street has a really good vibe about it and there is a large green common within 4 minutes walk for those who like running. I live in the rest of the house with my cousin, and don't interfere with my tenants at all, although we are always friendly when we see each other on the stairs etc. Ealing Broadway, which is just down the road, has lots of shops and restaurants, and cafes , so it is a very pleasant place to live. We do need a months deposit and references. I'm so sorry but we can't have students, and only females should apply and references are very important before we can accept anyone, and I'm sure you understand that most people require these references. There is NO council; tax to pay and gas and electricity is included in the £750 monthly.
