Here's some info about us and the room

The flat:
Very recently refurbished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom flat, 1 of the bathrooms will be dedicated to you, with a big living room including dining area, and separate kitchen. Located on the 4th floor of a mansion block, the flat is towards the back of the building with courtyard views and no street noise at all. Everything is kept as new as and there is a lot of storage space.

The people:
We are professionals from Italy and Switzerland who have been living in London for a while now. Andrea works as an engineer and Philip is in finance. We are both into sports and try to be active besides our jobs. We are looking for somebody who will not just be a flatmate but become a friend. We're both easy going, clean and enjoy a good mix of social and private life.

The location:
The flat is about 3 minutes walk from Earls Court station with loads of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. We are right in between Chelsea and Kensington so everything you need is just a short walk away.
