Short let - cosy studio in Earl’s Court

I am between two countries for the moment - my studio will be available from the 3rd to 23rd of October (might be flexible if you need to move stay a few days more).

*I AM BACK IN THE UK THE 1st OF OCTOBER, SO I CAN’T ARRANGE VIEWINGS BEFORE THAT DATE.

In a Victorian building, my flat is a bit old but spacious and I have tried to make it cosy :).
Located in Earl’s Court, you are literally at 5 minute walk distance from Earl’s Court station, you can then go to anywhere very easily and you are very close to central London.

The flat offers:
- wood floors
- an open-plan fitted kitchen. The space is tiny but including everything you need (small oven, washing machine, fridge and kitchenware)
- a cosy and cute living room space with a sofa and a coffee table
- a queen size bed very comfortable
- an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet
- an access to outside with your private little terrace

There will be plenty of spaces in the different wardrobe to put your stuffs. I am moving back to my native country in November so I will have already started to move out my stuffs. It is a very comfortable flat to live in and perfect if you work from home.

About myself: I am freshly graduated in journalism. I am at that stage where you accept anything for the “experience” and you don’t make any money ahah. I am french but I live in London for a few years now. I am a very easy going person, I love music and partying but I also love chilling in my flat, reading books and smoking 🍁.

You can considerate my flat as your home during your stay but obviously when I am back I want my flat in that same condition I gave it to you :).

*I will give you the copy of my ID and will ask the same from you (as a security).
*I will write you a letter confirming the sub let to reassure you that this is your home during the time being.
