We are looking for a student or working professional who is clean, respectful and responsible with the intention to stay at least six months to one year.
The rent is £500 per month inclusive of all bills (£480 plus £20 for cleaning charges) with a low deposit of £200. It is relatively low as we want to let to the right person who will respect our space and privacy. We have a cat so you must be able to live with pets.
