9th Floor Room in Park House

Park House at Earl's Court is a calm student accommodation with very well-connected public transport:

🟢🟡/🔵 - The Piccadilly and District Line station is less than 5 5-minute walk away
👨‍🎓 - Less than a mile away from Imperial College London, a 20-25 minute ride to King's College London, 30-minute ride to University College London

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a storage area for luggage, a common room, a shared toilet and shower, and a shared kitchen.

I am moving out on the 28th of June, however, my contract will be valid until 6th September, and rent will not have to be paid until the new installment of the contract.

Once the transfer is done, the installments are as follows:

£2016 for 2 months (July and August)

Please note that the payment will be paid to Optivo, which is the company that manages this student accommodation.
