I have a double room in shared house to rent out from 29 April - 13 May. Move in day has to be morning of 29, the earliest. The room is large, with super kind size bed and there's sink in the room as well. Great option if you are looking for short time sublet. Great location, right off Earls court high road, within 1-2 mins from the station with Piccadilly and District lines on it.
The flat is basically 3 storey house, with toilet and shower on each landings. There’s communal kitchen and lounge in the basement floor. It’s not quite social house, tho people are friendly, but busy and mostly keep to themselves and it’s not busy at all.
As a bonus there's a house cat called Felix - you welcome to pet him.
Looking only to sublet for 29 April till the 13 May as going away for that time. Any qs - pls do ask.
