Beautiful maisonette with gardens

One room available for SHORT LET from 1-29th May.

Home is a large beautiful space on 2 floors, with 2 reception rooms, beautifully refurbished and surrounded by stunning gardens. It is equipped with all modern facilities to make it a perfect flat share & the garden is also equipped.

Currently 4 people live here. (Female)

The space would suit an organised independent person preferably with experience of sharing spaces with others & the ability to maintain a clean tidy space that everyone can enjoy.

I have a friendly gentle cat called Nina who will be pleased to welcome you.

Smoking is permitted in the garden only.

This is a functional home that suits clean respectful & independent people who are either students or work away from home.

As there are 4 of us with 1 kitchen that’s fully equipped- this home does not suit foodies who require extensive cooking time daily & it also is not suitable for people who need their own LARGE electrical equipment like mini fridges, air fryers or other large objects, as there is no space for extra electrical equipment.

I consider short lets of 1-5months (£1200 pm) but if you are staying 6 months or more the rent is fixed @ £1100 & includes bills.

The 2 rooms available share a large fridge in kitchen & bathroom - would suit 2 friends.
