Double room, cheap rent!

Hey! We have a room available from 1st August and it is a flexible living agreement- moving out when you need. No council tax / agency fees etc and local landlord. The flat is a four bedroom large and airy flat in Earlsfield. The house is spacious and clean and has a small garden and bbq area which is a little sun trap! The bathroom is shared between three of the housemates as one has an en-suite. The girls are professionals working in marketing, sport and the nhs and are chilled and easy going. In the weeks we are often out and about socialising and working but at weekends we catch up over wine/ tea and there are lots of local places to go for brunch etc.
There is free street parking all around the house and bills come to around £40 a month!
Earlsfield and Wandsworth common are about 10 to 12 minutes walk and tooting bec is 15 to 20minutes walk. A bus stop outside the house can take you to Clapham junction or Clapham south station in 10-15 minutes. The area is very safe and friendly with lots of green parks/ common spaces and nice pubs/ restaurants.
