We have a great 2 bedroom house that has become available from 1st May 2024. The existing tenants have decided to move out which leaves both rooms available for anyone wishing to make the home their own.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to buddy up or make the move into your own shared space.

Ideally we are looking for a professional couple who wish to make the second room a work from home office. To rent the whole 2 bed house, including Gas and Electricity, would cost 2500 a month. You are welcome to negotiate us down when the interest rates decrease :)

Also perfect for a couple for the one room moving in with a single friend in the second room.

The house is nicely located in a quiet area off Franche Court Road. The rooms available include a large double master room perfect for a couple with built in cupboards and ample space. The other room is a nice sized double also with large built in cupboards.

There is a shared bathroom, living room, open plan kitchen and as an added benefit a large double garage to help with all your storage needs. There is also a lovely front tiled garden, perfect for summer bbq's or just catching some sunshine.

The house comes mostly furnished so all you will need to do is move in. You welcome to swop out the couch, TV etc... with your own as they are just there but not precious.
