Great Value Double in Perfect Commuting Location

I have recently bought myself a house, and am sadly moving to the long commuting life. As such I need to find a replacement for my current room in Earlsfield.

This is a great sized double room, with lots of storage space, which is an amazingly short commute to London. I regularly got to London Victoria Station within 25 Minutes and none of my trips were longer than an hour. There is also a night bus from London which stops 2 minutes from the front door. You can either go via Earlsfield Station or via the Northern Line at Tooting Broadway.

The flat has a shared kitchen and living room, with the shared bathroom solely shared with 1 other flatmate as the other 2 flatmates have their own upstairs. This is a friendly, clean, respectful flat that would be perfect for a young professional to join. Tooting/Earlsfield is full of young professionals with a great array of amenities nearby, including several lovely pubs, gyms/swimming pools and a fantastic Italian pizza place too who i fear may miss me once I've gone...!

The move in date is the 17th November 2019, but this can be negotiated if required as I have already moved out of the room. Monthly bills are split amongst 4 (per person rather than per room) and come out at £70 per month. My replacement will be responsible for sorting out and paying for the Internet and Water bills - great for improving credit scores! Bills include a cleaner who comes round ever 2 weeks to clean the communal spaces.

The flat is rented out by KFH, and as such the replacement shall have to provide proof of ID etc to them before the contract is signed.

Contrary to the pictures, a bed frame will be provided, it's just I had my own bed-frame which has naturally left with me! The TV is also not included with the room, but the draws and chair are. The landlady is great and very on the ball, with the a local handyman who will come round the second he's needed to fix any issues. When he's been needed, he's occasionally come round the same day after checking with the flatmates it's okay.

The plan of moving forward is that a couple of evenings of viewings shall be arranged over the next 2-3 weeks, where you can come view the flat and meet the other flatmates. The remaining flatmates shall pick who they feel is the best fit for the flat, and then it's onto dotting the i's and crossing the t's!

I have loved living in this flat, as it's allowed me to just chill, relax, and get on with London life with such amazing transport links making it a doddle. I shall heartily miss being able to roll out of bed at 8:15 and be in work for 8:55!
